Alexia Alvey provides operational and project support to all of the staff at Market Street and provides executive assistance to the CEO.  With the ability to multi-task daily, she works in a variety of capacities including operations, bookkeeping, human resources, research, document preparation, client projects, marketing, and other administrative functions.

Before joining Market Street, Ms. Alvey worked in the travel and tourism industry. In the field, she worked in the areas of sustainable travel, coordination and planning, as well as travel trends.

Along with her interest in travel, Ms. Alvey enjoys giving back to the community. She has recently been a volunteer at Hands On Atlanta/Points of Light Institute, working in the Business Development Department.  She now dedicates her time to the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta by fundraising and serving on various committees.

Ms. Alvey obtains a Masters degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Economic Development from Florida State University.  While obtaining her Masters, Ms. Alvey worked in sustainable travel at the World Travel and Tourism Council in London, England.
