Christa Tinsley

Christa Tinsley brings to Market Street Services her knowledge of strategic planning, program evaluation, and community organizing. Christa has worked on the project teams for a Consensus Community Strategy in Little Rock, Arkansas; a Workforce and Education Plan in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties, North Carolina; an Economic Blueprint Strategy in Coachella Valley, California; a Vision Plan for Mandan, North Dakota; a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy in San Marcos, Texas; and an Organizational Analysis for Conway, Arkansas.  She is currently a key team member for Market Street projects in Hopkinsville-Christian County, Kentucky; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and Longview, Texas.  

Previously, Ms. Tinsley worked in the non-profit sector where she coordinated performance and quality improvement for a social services agency, guiding the quality assurance activities through both accreditation standards and organization-wide strategic planning. She also has experience in volunteer management and fine arts grant writing.  

Ms. Tinsley has a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in economic development from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in English.
